11th Annual Vice President's Dinner

On Friday 16th September 2011 the Welsh Charitables RFC hosted their 11th Annual Vice Presidents Dinner & Tie Presentation at the Greenmeadow Golf & Country Club Cwmbran. The guest speaker this year was former Llanelli, Barbarian, Wales & British Lions No8 Scott Quinnell. Also honourerd were some Former Greats of the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s as Honorary Vice Presidents.

Joining Scott were former Wales & British Lion Internationals including, JPR Williams, Bryn Meredith, Dai Morris, Delme Thomas, Adrian Hadley, Nigel Meek, Richard Smith and Dai Parker to name but a few.

A good night was had by all listening to the trials and tribulations of today's professional sportsmen courtesy of Scott Quinell. The guests enjoyed and hour listening to some insights into the ups and downs of club, international and some of the greatest players for the Barbarians and British Lions.
